Well I guess things are just in the plodding along stage now and it's quite exciting that I get to find new running routes to make things a bit more interesting…
We have just moved onto the other side of town and luckily for me it's a more hilly area so it's good
training for the marathon to learn different conditioning and so I've been driving around the last
couple of days finding good running routes with more hills and working some shorter routes for
speed training.
I've been reading Rachel's Blog and she has made a very good point about having a running partner.
I've always been adamant that I run alone but I've found out the hard way that when you run alone
you don't have someone pushing you to go out and so when you fail you fail miserably. So if anyone
is keen for a run let me know… I'd love the company :)
Nothing new to report just counting down the days until the half marathon and then I can cross off
another milestone…
Till next week,
Rebekah :)
